But what will the Philippines’ future look like, if the Filipino youth are undernourished and too hungry to even go to school?
Malnutrition minimizes one’s potential. This isn’t an isolated issue – existing problems such as poverty, lack of education, and health complications are largely caused and worsened by lack of access to food.
We can end hunger within our lifetime – but only if everyone does their part. Millennials – who are starting to lead in communities and workplaces – are especially vital in this mission.
