MANILA, Philippines – Since he was 9 years old, Jameson Jimenez had one dream: to build his own house.
After his father’s business failed, he grew up moving from one small house to another until such a point that he shared a bedroom with his mother and younger brother. He vowed that one day he would buy his own place and that it would be big enough for his present and future family.
Jameson knew that hard work was his way out. But when he started working at Accenture in 2011, he realized that ambition was just as important. He realized that it was possible to dream beyond what he thought he needed. Through a rewarding job that offered steady career growth, he was able to achieve more.
