#MarioPH: Flooded Metro Manila areas, September 19

MANILA, Philippines – Heavy rains have been pouring non-stop over parts of Metro Manila on Friday, September 19, because of the combined effect of the southwest monsoon and Tropical Storm Mario (Fung-Wong), causing extensive flooding.
The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Friday afternoon posted on its Twitter account a list of flooded areas in Metro Manila.

Residents in Metro Manila, Bataan, Zambales, Bulacan, Laguna, Rizal, Cavite, Batangas are warned of serious flooding as PAGASA raised red rainfall warning on Friday 3 pm.
Meanwhile, MMDA said both directions of C5 and EDSA are passable:
