BEIJING, China - China lowered its 2012 gross domestic product (GDP) growth to 7.7% from the previously reported 7.8%.
In a statement on Monday, September 2, the state statistics bureau said China's GDP totaled 51.89 trillion yuan ($8.51 trillion) in 2012, down CNY38 billion yuan from the original estimate.
