MANILA, Philippines - More than a year after separating from wife Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher filed for divorce in a California court on Friday, December 21.
The star of "Two and a Half Men" signed the divorce papers at the Los Angeles County Superior Court, TMZ reported.
The split is being blamed on "irreconcilable differences," Huffington Post noted.
Kutcher hired celebrity lawyer Laura Wasser to represent him. He will not seek spousal support, People.com reported. The report added that if ever Moore requests for financial aid, he is agreeable.
Kutcher and Moore were married in 2005. In November 2011, Moore announced she was filing for divorce, but never actually filed for one.
The split came after Kutcher was accused of cheating on his wife with a 22-year-old woman. - Rappler.com
