MANILA, Philippines – Gorillaz is set to drop their new album The Now Now, and they released a new music video ahead of its arrival.
The music video for "Humility" stars the band's animated members: singer 2D, guitarist Noodles, and drummer Russel Hobbs, as well as bassist Ace, who is taking over for the band's regular bassist, Murdoc Niccals (Murdoc is currently incarcerated).
Also in the video is actor and Tenacious D musician Jack Black. Meanwhile, the track itself features the distinct guitar stylings of jazz icon George Benson.
Gorillaz also released another single, “Lake Zurich,” also off The Now Now.
Gorillaz is a British virtual band created by Blur vocalist Damon Albarn and artist Jamie Hewlett. The Now Now is their 6th studio album. It will be released on June 29. – Rappler.com
