MANILA, Philippines – Basketball star James Yap and his girlfriend Michela Cazzola are now the proud parents of baby boy Michael James. On Tuesday, August 9, James posted a photo of his new son on Instagram.
Michela gave birth to their son on August 8, based on James' post.
"Thank you Lord both of them are safe. 8-8-16," James wrote.
This is James's third child and the first for Michela.

The couple announced they were expecting their child together last February.
In a previous interview with ABS-CBN's Ginger Conejero, James said that Michela gave birth to their son at the St. Luke's Medical Center. He also said that he was excited about being a dad again.
When asked if Bimby was aware that he was going to have baby brother, James said: "Actually hindi ko pa nasasabi kay Bim eh. Wala kasing chance eh."
