'Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids' season 2: The second day of performances

MANILA, Philippines – The second day of Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids season 2 kicked off with a bang as the 4 remaining kids belted out song and performance inspired by the artists assigned to them. ('Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids' season 2: The first performances)

Sheena Belarmino as Sarah Geronimo

Tawag ng Tanghalan finalist Sheena Belarmino opened the show as she performed Sarah G's smash hit "Tala."

Sharon Cuneta said that Sheena's performance was one fo the best she has seen.

"I'm sure 'pag napanood ito ni Sarah, baka mayakap ka niya bigla. Sana magkita kayo soon because she'll be so proud of you," Sharon said. (I'm sure that if Sarah watches this, she would hug you. I hope you see each other soon because she'll be so proud of you.)

Noel Comia Jr as Michael Jackson

Noel channeled the King of Pop Michael Jackson, performing "Rock With You."

Ogie Alcasid commended Noel for the performance, although he saw that he wasn't comfortable with it.

"May kaunting (There was a bit of) discomfort but I have to say, with all honesty, gusto ko sabihin sa iyo (I want to tell you), that was a very good effort," he said.

Esang de Torres as Lady Gaga

Esang went out of her comfort zone as she performed as Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi."

Gary Valenciano said Esang's voice had matured a lot.

"Minsan, ang akala ng mga tao pag nag mature ang boses ng isang kabataan, eh bumababa, nahihirapan nang kumanta yung kabataan. Pero in your case, gumanda ang boses mo. And I think you're perfect for this show," he said.

(Sometimes people think that when a child's voice matures, it goes lower or they have a hard time singing. But in your case, your voice just became more beautiful. And I think you're perfect for this show.)

Marco Masa as Bruno Mars

For his first performance on the show, Marco channeled singer Bruno Mars, performing "The Lazy Song."

"Ikaw ang (You are the) hearthrob," Ogie told Marco after asking him to put on his sunglasses.

"Alam mo yung performance mo, actually sa totoo lang, natakot ako dahil di ba si Bruno Mars mahirap gayahin pero huling-huli mo... yung pagka-swag mo." (With regards to your performance, I'll be honest that I got afraid because bruno Mars is hard to imitate but you were able to get it... you have that swag.)

The first week of the show ended with Sheena receiving the highest score from the judges. She won P50,000 plus P50,000 worth of clothing for her chosen charity. – Rappler.com
