MANILA, Philippines – Zsa Zsa, a 9-year-old English bulldog, was named the "World's Ugliest Dog" during a contest in the San Francisco Bay area.

The contest is a showcase of a dog's perceived "flaws" – in Zsa Zsa's case, her extra long tongue is a little difficult to ignore.
