Completed: Steve Jobs’ secret yacht

MANILA, Philippines - Before his death in October 2011, Steve Jobs was at work on designing a yacht that fit the same aesthetic he’d made famous in his electronics.

While he left his work unfinished, his design was completed and given form by French designer Phillipe Stack and shipbuilders in Aalsmeer, Holland.

The yacht, christened The Venus, measures between 70 and 80 meters. It is constructed from aluminum and a special glass designed by the chief designer of the Apple stores.

The Atlantic Wire mentions the yacht is “equipped with a uniquely large sun deck with a jacuzzi built in.”

More notably, this lightweight, speedy ship sports a glass cabin complete with seven 27-inch iMacs responsible for ship navigation and control.

The people responsible for building this sleek yacht were given a special bonus by the Jobs family in appropriately Apple-like fashion:
