MANILA, Philippines – H&M's newly-launched beauty department has an entire wall of lipsticks and shelves of shadows – creamy and matte, flat and shimmery – in every shade imaginable.
Seeing the products all at once can be overwhelming in one go, but before you let the infinite choices paralyze you, here are some easy eye and lip combinations that will work on any face.
