MANILA, Philippines – The finals night of Mr Gay World Philippines 2016 opened with a festive, celebratory mood, as the 34 candidates paraded in their national costumes, representing the cities and provinces they came from.
John Raspado of Baguio City, who emerged as the winner of this year's competition won the Best in National Costume.
