MANILA, Philippines - On April 6, Rappler launched a special project in celebration of 50 years of Binibining Pilipinas.
The profile of each candidate was published, complete with the official photo and write-up from the Araneta Center Marketing Department, as well as Rappler's photos from our coverage of the National Costume and Swimwear pre-pageant competition last March 18, and the Parade of Beauties last April 6.
As we countdown to the coronation night on April 14, we encourage you to support your candidate. Go to their profile page and vote for Best in National Costume, Best in Swimwear, and Miss Photogenic. Share your vote on social media to encourage others to support your candidate, too.
On the morning of April 14, we will announce the results. On pageant night, we will know if our choices were right!
