EASTERN VISAYAS, Philippines – Typhoon Ruby (international name: Hagupit) hits the town of Dolores, Eastern Samar.

The streets are flooded, and the houses are in shambles. The typhoon cut off power and communication in some areas.

Eastern Visayas was one of the worst hit areas during the onslaught of Super Typhoon Yolanda (international name: Haiyan) in 2013. – Rappler.com
