WATCH: Senator Sotto's privilege speech on the Closeup concert deaths

MANILA, Philippines – Senator Vicente "Tito" Sotto III delivered a privilege speech Tuesday, May 31, about the CloseUp Forever Summer open-air concert where 5 attendees died.

Last Saturday, the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) arrested a man suspected to be part of a group that sold illegal drugs at the concert. An autopsy on some of the victims revealed blackened hearts and ruptured internal organs.

The deaths of the 5 attendees were widely speculated to be caused by illegal drugs.
