Ilocanos kick off Marcos' 99th birthday celebration
ILOCOS NORTE Philippines – If he were alive today, former President Ferdinand Marcos would have turned 99 on September 11.
His loyal supporters from his province Ilocos Norte lead a 3-day commemoration of his birthday.
