MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) recently announced that there will soon be 100,000 jobs for overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) in Japan.
Rappler's Patty Pasion sat down with Labor Undersecretary Bernard Olalia to discuss these new opportunities and other emerging markets for OFWs. Olalia served as the officer-in-charge of the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).
