MANILA, Philippines - The country's political and economic elite walked the red carpet in elegant and dazzling Filipiniana during President Benigno Aquino III's third State of the Nation Address (SONA) at the Batasan Complex in Quezon City on Monday, July 23.
RAPPLER was there to cover the news, but we couldn't help spotting these 5 women who were scene-stealers in their outfits:
KAYE TINGA was elegant in her fishtail gown by Pepito Albert. The textured off-shoulder neckline's workmanship is commendable. Kaye is the wife of Taguig Rep. Sigfrido R. Tinga. Photo by Voltaire Tupaz
