GUIDELINES: Luzon 'enhanced community quarantine'

MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – On midnight of Tuesday, March 17, the Philippine government will place the entire island of Luzon on lockdown in a bid to contain the spread of the coronavirus disease.
