Election lawyer Emilio Marañon III says it is wrong for Duterte Youth's Ronald Cardema to say that the House of Representatives Electoral Tribunal must decide on his eligibility

Former Youth Commissioner and Duterte Youth Partylist President Ronald Cardema helds his first ever press conference at Eton Centris in Quezon City to debunk all the issues hurled against him by Comelec Commisioner Guanzon which has blocked his nomination to represent the partylist group in Congress. Denouncing responsibility from the threats that COMELEC Commissioner Rowena has been receiving after Cardema failed to get approval to represent Duterte Youth Partylist in Quezon City yesterday.
