Sanders claims Iowa lead, ahead of Buttigieg

Data released by the Sanders campaign, which says it represents results from nearly 40% of precincts in Iowa, shows Bernie Sanders garnering 28.62% of the vote, followed by moderate Pete Buttigieg at 25.71%.
