Military base shooter assailed U.S. as 'nation of evil'

The SITE Intelligence Group, which monitors jihadist media, identifies the shooter as Mohammed al-Shamrani, saying he had posted a manifesto on Twitter that said, 'America as a whole has turned into a nation of evil'
