Van Gogh painting stolen from Dutch gallery– museum director

(UPDATED) The 1884 painting, titled the 'Parsonage Garden at Neunen in Spring" has been taken during a pre-dawn break-in at the Singer Laren Museum near Amsterdam

This handout picture released on March 30, 2020 by the Groningen Museum shows Vincent van Gogh's 1884 painting "Parsonage Garden at Neunen in Spring" which was stolen from the Singer Laren Museum in Laren, about 30 kilometres southeast of Amsterdam, closed to the public because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the museum's director said Monday. - The painting has an estimated value of between one to six million euros, local media said. The criminals entered the museum at around 3.15 am (0115 GMT) by breaking open a front glass door, police and Dutch news reports said.
