MANILA, Philippines - After years of denying accusations of doping, cyclist Lance Armstrong finally admits to using performance enhancing drugs in a special episode of Oprah Winfrey's show "Oprah's Next Chapter." The interview, to be aired on Friday morning, January 18 (Manila time), was held 3 months after US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) stripped Armstrong of his 7 Tour de France titles and imposing a lifetime ban.
