MANILA, Philippines – The Cleveland Cavaliers are NBA champions at last and it's a grand time to rejoice.
Cavs fans could not get enough of the first-ever title and the city of Cleveland's first major sports title since 1964, and they made sure to air their joy on social media.
LeBron James and Kyrie Irving received much praise for how they led Cleveland to a thrilling 93-89 Game 7 victory to dethrone the vaunted Golden State Warriors on Sunday, June 19 (Monday, June 20 in Manila).

#NBAFinalsMeanwhile, Dub Nation found themselves broken-hearted after a 73-win season for Golden State ended with a dry thud, as they squandered a 3-1 series lead, making Cleveland the first to ever come back from such a deficit in the NBA Finals.
But the Warriors faithful had it in them to appreciate the team's record-breaking season, and for leaving it out on the floor in Game 7.
