MANILA, Philippines – Lebron James is set to arrive in Manila for the 3rd time to hold his "Lebron James Strive for Greatness Show" with Nike Philippines on Saturday, September 2, at 5 pm at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
The event will be an exhibition, featuring "the country’s finest basketball players," according to a post on the website of Titan.
Nike will also release 3 new shoes linked to the Lebron James Tour Manila 2017, which will be revealed 23 hours before its product launch on Friday, September 1. The shoes will be available in limited quantities from September 1 to 3.

The Cleveland Cavaliers star was supposed to visit the Philippines in September 2016 for his "Battle the Doubt" bootcamp in partnership with Nike. Nike cited unspecified "logistical challenges" for canceling that leg of their Asia tour.
James visited Manila a couple of times. He first came to the Philippines in 2013 while he was still with the Miami Heat for his #WitnessHistory tour, where he played with top collegiate stars against the Philippine national men's basketball team, Gilas Pilipinas.
James returned in 2015 to hold a basketball clinic with the Nike Rise team headed by Coach Chot Reyes in his Rise Beyond Belief Manila tour.
The 32-year-old James rejoined the Cavaliers in 2014, leading them to 3 straight NBA Finals appearances, and the franchise's first championship in 2016. – Rappler.com
