LOS ANGELES, USA – Stephen Curry drained 9 three-pointers on the way to 36 points to propel the Golden State Warriors to a 116-94 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers in Game 1 of the NBA Western Conference finals on Tuesday, May 14 (Wednesday, May 15, Philippine time).
Curry added 7 assists and 6 rebounds as the Warriors led all the way over a Trail Blazers team coming off a Game 7 victory over Denver in the second round on Sunday.
