MANILA, Philippines – Applicants for the 2015 PBA Draft trooped to the Gatorade Hoops Center on Wednesday, August 19 for day one of the PBA Draft Combine.

Although expected top picks Moala Tautuaa and Troy Rosario were absent due to national team duties, the combine featured familiar faces with the likes of Chris Newsome, Norbert Torres, Maverick Ahanmisi, and more in attendance.
Day one of the combine focused on showcasing the athletic prowess of the draft applicants by means of 4 drills: the 3/4 court sprint, maximum vertical leap, lane agility drill, and reaction time drill.
Fil-Canadian prospect Ryan Wetherell stole the show with his impressive performance, top-scoring in 3 of the drills.
