TAGUM CITY, Philippines – As impressive as the opening ceremony was, hosts Davao del Norte closed out the 2015 Palarong Pambansa in much grander fashion.
Davao del Norte capped off its laudable hosting of the country's largest annual multi-sporting event with an elaborate closing ceremony that even featured some parachuters bidding some 12,000 delegates, officials and guests farewell on Saturday, May 9 at the Davao del Norte Sports and Tourism Complex.
