
IN PHOTOS: Smiles, tears as La Salle wins UAAP volleyball title
MANILA, Philippines – There wasn't a dry eye in the house – whether it was tears of joy and relief, or tears of sorrow and sentimentality.
The De La Salle Lady Spikers defeated the Ateneo Lady Eagles in Game 3 of the UAAP Season 78 women's volleyball finals to take home their 9th championship trophy.
The Lady Spikers finally took down the Lady Eagles after losing in back-to-back finals series the past two years.
