HIGHLIGHTS: FEU vs NU (UAAP Finals Game 1)

MANILA, Philippines – The FEU Tamaraws drew first blood as they take Game 1 of their three-game series against the NU Bulldogs, 75-70, on Saturday, October 4, at the Mall of Asia Arena.

RR Pogoy took over in the third quarter for the Tamaraws hitting on beautiful layups and corner threes for 10 points on the period. FEU, continued to hit their shots in the third period, and took a 13-point lead (60-47) with about a minute left after a layup by Iñigo.

Mac Belo struggled the entire game but he made a key basket down the stretch driving past Alfred Aroga to give FEU a 5-point cushion, 73-68 with 44 seconds left to play.
