Must-watch videos from this week

Dear Rappler readers,

This week, the House of Representatives resumed its hearing on impeachment complaints versus Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno and Comelec chair Andres Bautista. The Supreme Court also conducted oral arguments on the administration’s war on drugs, which human rights lawyer Chel Diokno discussed in greater detail in a Rappler Talk interview. Sereno’s lawyer challenged the House to expedite the hearing and to elevate it to the Senate.

National Democratic Front chief political consultant Jose Maria Sison calls President Rodrigo Duterte, his former ally, 'the Number 1 terrorist in the Philippines.'

Newly-appointed Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque took the MRT to gain first-hand experience on commuter woes. He said the experience was “not bad,” inviting backlash from people online who felt Roque did not ride the MRT under ordinary circumstances.

In other news around the world, Zimbabwe celebrates as dictator Robert Mugabe resigned after 37 years in power. United States president Donald Trump declares North Korea a ‘state sponsor of terrorism.’

Here are the stories we think you shouldn’t miss.
