Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev talks about developing cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region amid a complex environment in this session at the APEC CEO Summit on Wednesday, November 18.

Medvedev is representing President Vladimir Putin, who had to beg off from the APEC Summit to focus on the probe on the Russian passenger jet crash last October 31.

On Friday, November 13, Putin called Philippine President Benigno Aquino III to explain his decision to skip the annual meeting.
